Currently Mr. Rinot is Chairman and shareholder of Central European Estates N.V. – a group of companies registered in the Netherlands. CEE Group invests and develops real estate projects mainly in developing markets in east and central Europe.

Since 1999 he is co-owner the company and from 2001 he has been in partnership with Mr. Yuli Ofer as the company’s CEO. From 2007 till today he acts as an active Chairman of the group.

As part of Mr. Rinot's extensive activity in the trade and real-estate markets throughout Central and East Europe, he worked diligently in the recent years on establishing a well founded channel as well as fruitful connections with different responsible bodies in Montenegro. Rinot sees Montenegro as a country abundant with business opportunities, a vast pasture for developing and establishing projects, and ever since Mr. Rinot's recognition that Montenegro is just at the early stages of an extensive developing momentum, and that so many opportunities await in this amazing country, he strived for developing and assisting companies and people in both Montenegro and Israel by implementing a viable, productive business relationships in various fields.

Through CEE Company, headed by Mr. Rinot as its Chairman, he established many projects and developments in the commercial, residential areas, and hotel markets in neighboring countries such as Hungary, Serbia and Slovakia.

Parallel to above mentioned extensive activities of Mr. Rinot in Europe; he is also actively engaged in business development in Israel.

Nimrod Rinot is married to Shirly they have three children: Dan (19) Nir (16) and Ron (10).
