 Israeli Citizens

Israeli nationals may enter and stay within the territory of Montenegro up to 90 days and may transit over the territory of Montenegro on the basis of a valid travel document. As well as pass without an entry visa at the joint borders to/from the neighboring countries. 

Montenegro Citizens

The citizens of Montenegro may enter, pass through and stay in Israel for up to 90 days with a valid passport without a visa.

All visitors to Israel must hold a passport that is valid for at least six months from the date they enter the country. Visitors are entitled to remain in Israel up to three months from the date of their arrival.
